Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cup (12 ounces) yogurt
- 3/4 – 1 cup water (to consistency)
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
- Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda) into a bowl
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, and water.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry. If batter is too thick to pour out easily, add 1-2 tablespoons of water at a time until batter is a smooth consistency.
- Set skillet to medium (350 degrees if using a griddle) and melt enough butter to cover the surface. Pour ¼ cup batter onto skillet . When bubbles form on the top (about 6-8 minutes), flip pancakes. Cook until browned.
- Serve topped with butter, sugar, cinnamon, or bananas. If you have syrup, this is a fine place to use it.
