Spaghetti and Meatballs Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (16 oz) spaghetti
  • 16 ounces pasta sauce
  • 4 ounces mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Meatballs

  • 8 ounces pork sausage
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 ounce milk
  • ½ onion (finely diced)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line baking sheet with foil.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl (I prefer to use my hands). Form into balls and place on baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
  4. While meatballs bake, cook spaghetti according to instructions on the package
  5. Heat a skillet to medium heat, melt butter in skillet and saute mushrooms until tender.
  6. When spaghetti is done, drain. Add pasta sauce and mushrooms. Serve topped with 3-4 meatballs and parmesan cheese.
