Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (1/2 a box) pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced or minced)
- 1/4 cup (1 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz pasta sauce
Directions:
- Bring pot of water to boil, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and leave in pot when finished.
- Heat skillet to medium and melt butter in skillet.
- Add onions to skillet, cook until tender (about 4 minutes)
- Add garlic to skillet, cook 1 minute
- Add pasta sauce to skillet, heat until simmering
- Empty skillet into pasta pot. Add cheese.
- Stir until combined.
