Ingredients

• 2 slices bacon
• 2 ounces shredded cheese
• 2 english muffins
• 1 large white mushroom (sliced)
• several olives (sliced)
• 2-4 ounces tomato sauce
• 1 link turkey sausage (optional)

Directions

1. In a skillet on medium heat, fry bacon to crispy.
2. Cook sausage in bacon grease until fully done. Slice sausage.
3. Toast English muffin
4. Spread tomato sauce on toasted English muffin. Add olives, mushrooms, bacon, sausage as desired. Spread cheese on top.
5. Broil under high heat for 1-2 minutes (until cheese melts or is browned)
