Ingredients:
- 3.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1.5 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 1/4 cups milk
Directions:
- Sift together baking powder, salt, sugar and flour
- Stir in egg, butter and milk. Mix together until batter reaches pancake consistency (should pour smoothly)
- pour 1/4 cup at a time onto skillet or griddle. Makes about 12 pancakes.
