Ingredients:
- 1 box (16 oz) spaghetti
- 16 ounces pasta sauce
- 4 ounces mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Meatballs
- 8 ounces pork sausage
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 ounce milk
- ½ onion (finely diced)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line baking sheet with foil.
- Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl (I prefer to use my hands). Form into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, cook spaghetti according to instructions on the package
- Heat a skillet to medium heat, melt butter in skillet and saute mushrooms until tender.
- When spaghetti is done, drain. Add pasta sauce and mushrooms. Serve topped with 3-4 meatballs and parmesan cheese.
