Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 russet potato, diced
- 1 onion, diced small
- 2 cup water
- 12 oz milk
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 can corn, drained
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Shredded cheese (garnish)
Directions
- In a large pot, add 2 cups water, bring to a boil
- Add the potatoes, onion, and butter. Heat to a boil and simmer for 10 -15 minutes.
- Drain about half of the water
- Add milk, garlic, and corn. Heat for 4 minutes.
- (extra) Serve with cheddar cheese if using.
