Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter, in 4 pats
Directions
- Heat the skillet to medium and melt a pat of butter
- Cut 2 inch holes out of the center of your bread slices. Lay one slice down in the skillet.
- Crack an egg directly into the hole in the bread.
- When egg is cooked on 1 side, flip bread and add butter
- Repeat with second slice
