Week 4 Shopping List

I’ve actually kind of been building up to this week because I love this Thai Chicken Pasta recipe and we finally have everything we need to make it (orange juice, soy sauce, honey). You could shred a couple of the carrots into the pasta to give it a little extra crunch.

The treats this week are honey (a tough buy at $3.09 for 12 ounces), syrup, and carrots. I like having the carrots to add to pasta or to soups but since we have so many, I added a Roasted Carrots recipe as a side dish. The syrup is essential this week because eating dry french toast and dry pancakes isn’t overly fun.

If you’re going to drop something, think about dropping the rice. We don’t use it for anything this week.
